If you are not satisfied with your Tru-Fit purchase, feel free to return it to us within 45 days for an exchange or refund. Please return the unworn shoes in the original box, within a secure shipping carton to the address below. We also recommend insuring your package for the appropriate amount. Only in the event of defective goods or a shipping error will you be reimbursed for the shipping charges associated with returning an item.

Returned shoes that show signs of wear, don't have the original box, and are not shipped  in a secure shipping carton or are past the 45 day return period will be returned to the sender and charged a return shipping fee of $8.95.
